Wild mushrooms and leeks linguines
Ingredients
- 400 g (4/5 pound) of linguine pastas
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) of sliced wild mushrooms
- 3 chopped shallots
- Lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of fresh parsley
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of sherry
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- Heat butter in a casserole. Add mushrooms and Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks. When it starts to brown, add shallots and brown for 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemon juice, parlsey and sherry. Season and keep at warm.
- Cook pastas.
- Drain and mix the preparation.
