  • 4 waffles cones

For the frozen yogourt:

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of vanilla ice yogurt
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of frozen raspberries
  • 2 sliced frozen bananas 

For the express raspberries granita:

  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of frozen, thawed raspberries
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of sugar
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Set all ingredients for the frozen yogurt in a blender. Reduce into a smooth puree. Set in a bowl and froze at least 1 hour.
  • Wash the blender, then mix all the raspberries with sugar. Refrigerate.
  • Roughly crush waffle cones.
  • Into dessert cups, divide frozen yogurt. Garnish with raspberries, granita, and pieces of waffle cones. Serve right away.
