4 waffles cones
For the frozen yogourt:
250 ml (1 cup) of vanilla ice yogurt
125 ml (1/2 cup) of frozen raspberries
2 sliced frozen bananas
For the express raspberries granita:
375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of frozen, thawed raspberries
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of sugar
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
Set all ingredients for the frozen yogurt in a blender. Reduce into a smooth puree. Set in a bowl and froze at least 1 hour.
Wash the blender, then mix all the raspberries with sugar. Refrigerate.
Roughly crush waffle cones.
Into dessert cups, divide frozen yogurt. Garnish with raspberries, granita, and pieces of waffle cones. Serve right away.
