White chocolate and raspberries brownies
Ingredients
- 180 g of white chocolate, cut into pieces
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of butter
- 4 eggs
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of sugar
- 330 ml (1 1/3 cup) of flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh raspberries
- White melted chocolate (optional)
- Preheat oven at 180 ºC (350 ºF).
- In a bain-marie or a microwave, melt white chocolate with butter at medium-low heat.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with sugar. Add flour, then white melted chocolate and raspberries.
- Butter a square mold of about 20 cm (8 inch) and pour down the mixture. Oven bake 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool down over a grill.
- If desired, decorates with a bit of melted white chocolate. Cut into 16 squares.
