Raspberries ice pie
Ingredients
- 1 can of 540 ml of raspberries pie garnishing
- 1 pie crust
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) of 35% of whipping cream
- 2 containers of about 100 g each of vanilla pudding
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of caramel chips
- Divide uniformly the raspberries garnishing over the pie crust.
- With an electric blender, whip the cream.
- Mix vanilla pudding with whipped cream. Garnish the pie with this mixture.
- Froze for 1 hour.
- Let the pie cool down at room temperature 5 minutes before serving. Spread caramel chips.
