Ingredients
  • 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of lime juice
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of chopped ginger
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of sesame oil
  • 4 halibut filets of 180 g (about 1/3 lb) each
Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place leeks, lime juice, ginger and oil in a bowl. Season with pepper and mix well.
  • Place four sheets of aluminum foil on the countertop. Place a fish fillet in the center of each sheet. Distribute the leek mixture over the fish fillets.
  • Fold the sheets of aluminum foil over the fish fillets and seal the ends to form papillotes.
  • Serve with a green vegetable and rice.
