Ingredients

For the fruits:

  • 600 g of a mix of frozen berries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of flour
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of orange zest

For the crisp:

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of oat flakes
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) of flour
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of brown sugar
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of butter
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of orange zest (optional)
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • In a bowl, mix all the fruit-related ingredients, then pour them into a 23 cm (9 inches) square mold.
  • Mix all ingredients for the crisp in another bowl until a crumbly preparation is obtained.
  • Cover fruits with this preparation.
  • Oven bake 40 minutes.
