Berries and orange zest crisp
Ingredients
For the fruits:
- 600 g of a mix of frozen berries
- 250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of flour
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of orange zest
For the crisp:
- 250 ml (1 cup) of oat flakes
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) of flour
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of brown sugar
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) of butter
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of orange zest (optional)
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, mix all the fruit-related ingredients, then pour them into a 23 cm (9 inches) square mold.
- Mix all ingredients for the crisp in another bowl until a crumbly preparation is obtained.
- Cover fruits with this preparation.
- Oven bake 40 minutes.
