Strawberries and kiwis bagatelle
Ingredients
- 1 package of 102 g of vanilla pudding preparation
- 1 diced angel cake
- 10 to 12 strawberries sliced into four
- 4 peeled and diced kiwis
- 180 ml (¾ cup) of 35% whipping cream
- 500 ml (2 cups) of milk
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of honey
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon zests
- Prepare pudding with milk in a bowl, following the packaging's instructions. If desired, add lemon zest.
- Divide half the pudding, cake and fruits in a transparent presentation plate. Repeat to form a second floor.
- Whip cream until firm pikes are obtained, then add honey. Garnish bagatelle with whipped cream.
