Pork sauté with vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 finely chopped green pepper
- 1 finely chopped yellow pepper
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 1 finely chopped carrot
- 2 finely chopped shallots
- 1 finely chopped large tomato
- 5 pork cutlets slices, sliced into strips
- Brush pork cutlets with garlic butter or add a garlic clove to your vegetables.
- Slice cutlets into strips.
- Roast all vegetables mixed together in a pan for about 10 minutes.
- Roast pork strips in a pan or over the BBQ.
- Add to the vegetables and spray with a bit of white wine and chicken broth.
- Lightly cook and serve.
