  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 package of crumbled crab
  • 4 to 5 nuts
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of mayonnaise
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of mustard
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation

  • Drain crumbled crab. Mix in a large bowl with sliced leeks, nuts, mayonnaise and mustard.
  • Set in a terrine, at fresh, for 2 hours.
