Duck and leek rolls
Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 Boursin cheese with garlic and herbs
- 1 duck leg confit, shredded (or smoked salmon)
- 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Brown the sliced leeks in a pan. Set aside. Spread the tortillas generously with Boursin cheese. Garnish with leeks and duck or salmon.
- Bake for 5 minutes. Gently roll each tortilla into a cigar shape.
- Cut into 1 cm (1/2 inch) slices and serve!
