Salmon pavé with creamy leeks
Ingredients
- 2 salmon portions
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 2 onions
- Fresh parsley
- 190 ml (3/4 cup) of cooking cream
- A pinch of salt
- Slice salmon portions into squares (of about 3 cm).
- In a pan, brown parsley, Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks and minced onions in a bit of butter. Cook at low heat.
- When browned, add salmon pavé. Cook everything together. Cooking will be quick, since salmon pavé are pretty small.
- When cookings end, add cream and a bit of salt. As for garnishing, spread the plate with few raw parsley.
