Leeks cepes with Cantonnier cheese
Ingredients
- 250 g of Cantonnier cheese
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of lemon or orange marmalade
- 1 fresh ginger clove
- 1 liter (4 cups) of cooking cream
- 6 crepes
- In a casserole, set cheese, Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks, marmalade, ginger and cream. Simmer at low heat for 30 minutes.
- Then, cool down and spread it all in a crepe. Roll and refrigerate, then slice like sushi rolls.
