Ingredients
  • 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) of mustard, up to choice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of softened butter
  • 1 baguette bread
  • Grated Gruyère AOC cheese up to taste
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Mix softened butter with mustard and sliced leeks.
  • Slice baguette bread into slices of 1 cm (1/2 inch).
  • Spread generously sliced leeks mixture over baguette bread.
  • Add grated Gruyère AOC cheese and gratin in the oven preheated at 350°F (180ºC) for 8 to 10 minutes.
