Cream leeks
Ingredients
- 2 packages of 250 g (8 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 1 large onion
- 25 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) of butter
- 2 glasses of white wine
- For the sauce
- 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
- 8 ml (1 1/2 teaspoon) of butter
- 8 ml (1 1/2 teaspoon) of flour
- 100 ml (6 tablespoons) of fresh cream
- Blanch Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks into salted water. Mince onions.
- Prepare béchamel sauce with butter, flour and milk.
- Brown onions into butter. Then add sliced leeks and cream. Stir well.
- Add white wine ad cover while lowering heat. Frequently take a look and add water, if necessary.
- Once everything is reduced, add béchamel sauce.
