- Preheat oven at 375 °F (190°C).
- Oil the bottom of an oven safe plate with PAM oil or grease with margarine or butter.
- In a bowl, mix raspberries, brown sugar and cinnamon then pour into the plate.
- In another bowl, mix all ingredients, except margarine. Then cream the margarine and add to dry ingredients.
- Set this preparation over raspberries.
- Oven bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for about 30 minutes. Be careful : it may be necessary to verify the cooking after 20 minutes to be sure that raspberries do not burn. All ovens do not bake at the same intensity.
- Serve hot with vanilla flavored ice cream.
