Lemon and blueberries pie
Ingredients
- 310 ml (1 1/4 cup) of graham breadcrumbs
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of melted butter
- 250 ml (250 g) of cream cheese
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of sugar
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of milk
- 45 (3 tablespoons) of lemon juice
- 250 ml (1 cup) of whipped cream
- 750 ml (3 cups) of blueberries
- Mix breadcrumbs and butter into a 9 inches mold.
- Press firmly at the bottom and over each sides to form a crust.
- Whisk cream cheese, sugar, milk and lemon juice in a medium size bowl.
- Spread whipped granishings over the crust. Garnish with blueberries.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
