Ingredients
  • 1/2 mango
  • 12 strawberries
  • 80 ml (1/2 cup) of orange juice
  • 1 package of unflavored gelatin of 7 g
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of exotic fruits juice
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of grenade juice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of nature greek yogurt
  • 4 mint leaves

  • Refrigerate four cups of a capacity of about 250 ml (1 cup).
  • Dice half the mango and the strawberries.
  • In another microwave-safe bowl, pour orange juice and spread with gelatin. Let bloat.
  • In a large bowl, set diced mangoes and exotic fruit juice.
  • In a second bowl, set strawberries and grenade juice.
  • Heat the gelatin in the microwave at high power for 30 to 45 seconds. Add half the gelatin to the mangoes and the other half to the diced strawberries.
  • Divide the strawberries preparation into the cups. Set for 10 minutes in the freezer.
  • When the strawberries' preparation starts to freeze, cover it with the mangoes' preparation. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • When serving, garnish each portion with Greek yogurt and mint leaves.
