Layered fruits jelly
Ingredients
- 1/2 mango
- 12 strawberries
- 80 ml (1/2 cup) of orange juice
- 1 package of unflavored gelatin of 7 g
- 250 ml (1 cup) of exotic fruits juice
- 250 ml (1 cup) of grenade juice
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of nature greek yogurt
- 4 mint leaves
- Refrigerate four cups of a capacity of about 250 ml (1 cup).
- Dice half the mango and the strawberries.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, pour orange juice and spread with gelatin. Let bloat.
- In a large bowl, set diced mangoes and exotic fruit juice.
- In a second bowl, set strawberries and grenade juice.
- Heat the gelatin in the microwave at high power for 30 to 45 seconds. Add half the gelatin to the mangoes and the other half to the diced strawberries.
- Divide the strawberries preparation into the cups. Set for 10 minutes in the freezer.
- When the strawberries' preparation starts to freeze, cover it with the mangoes' preparation. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- When serving, garnish each portion with Greek yogurt and mint leaves.
