Ingredients
  • Brown sugar crystals
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of cranberry juice
  • 170 ml (2/3 cup) of tequila
  • 170 ml (2/3 cup) of orange liqueur
  • 170 ml (2/3 cup) of simple syrup
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of lime juice
  • 1 L (4 cups) of ice cubes
  • Blueberries for decoration
  • Lime wedges
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Spread brown sugar on a plate. Moisten rims of 6 glasses with lime wedges, then dip into a plate containing brown sugar to frost neck. Set aside.
  • In a blender or a food processor, blend cranberry juice, tequila, orange liqueur, syrup and lime juice. Add ice cubes and blend until desired consistency. Pour into reserved glasses. Garnish with blueberries!

Simple syrup recipe

Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring often, for 3 to 5 minutes or until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool.
