Chicken breast burger
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 250 ml (1 cup) of barbecue sauce
- 30 ml (2 tablespoon) of olive oil
- 10 ml (2 teaspoon) of chopped garlic
- 10 ml (2 teaspoon) of chopped savory
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of poultry spice
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of blonde beer
- 4 ciabatta breads
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz) of brie cheese sliced into four parts
- 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- Salad
- Slice chicken breasts into four over the thick side.
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce with oil, garlic, herbs and poultry spice. Refrigerate half the preparation.
- Pour the remaining preparation into a hermetic bag. Add beer and chicken to the bag. Remove all air from the bag. Let marinate for 15 minutes at fresh. When cooking, preheat the barbecue to medium‑high heat.
- Drain the chicken and throw away the marinade.
- Place the chicken on a hot and oiled barbecue grill. Close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally until the flesh loses its pink tint.
- Meanwhile, in a pan, roast the leeks for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Divide the bread in two and grill for 1 minute on the top grill of the barbecue.
- Garnish each piece of bread with sauce mixture, chicken pieces, brie cheese, salad, tomatoes, and leeks.
