Asparagus and strawberries tournedos
Ingredients
- 4 tournedos
- 1 package of asparagus
- 250 ml (1 cup) of strawberries
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) of fresh cream
- Salt and pepper up to taste
- Peel asparagus and blanch into salted water for about 10 minutes. Melt butter and cook tournedos for 5 to 15 minutes, based on your preference.
- Deglaze with fresh cream and serve hot. Garnish plates with strawberries and asparagus. Pour sauce over asparagus. Serve over pastas.
