Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of olive oil
- 250 ml (1 cup) of Cinzano
- 1/3 package of 250 g (1/3 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 2 fresh thyme branches
- 2 fresh rosemary branches
- 125 ml (1 1/2 cup) of orange juice
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of honey
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of curry pepper
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of tabasco
