Ingredients
  • 65 ml (1/4 cup) of tapioca
  • 690 ml (2 ¾ cup) of vanilla flavored almonds milk
  • 1 whisked egg
  • 65 ml (1/4 cup) of sugar
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of orange zests

Choice of fruits:

  • Pineapples, strawberries, diced mangos
Preparation

  • Pour tapioca and almond milk into a casserole.
  • Add egg, sugar and orange zests.
  • Cool down for 5 minutes.
  • Heat at medium heat while stirring constantly until the tapioca simmers and thickens.
  • Remove from heat and cool down for 20 minutes while stirring one to two times.
  • Garnish with fruit pieces.
