Wild blueberry crème brûlée
Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) of blueberries
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) of sour cream
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of fat-free vanilla-flavoured yogurt
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) of brown sugar
- Divide equally wild blueberries into four ramekins.
- Mix sour cream, yogurt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the blueberries and cover them entirely.
- Spread with the brown sugar mixture and broil 3 inches from a heat source until the sugar bubbles and caramelizes (about 3 to 5 minutes).
- Serve while the caramel is still hot.
