Blueberries rolls
Ingredients
For the syrup:
- Dissolve sugar into water. Pour in a 9 inches baking safe plate.
For the syrup:
- Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C). Sieve together flour, salt and baking powder. Mix fat with dry ingredients by alternating with milk. Roll dough into a rectangle of 10 inches X 20 inches (25 cm X 50 cm) about 1/2 inch (1,1 cm) thick.
- Spread with blueberries. Sprinkle sugar and uncooked tapioca. Make a roll by starting by the smallest side. Slice roll into 9 slices and set down slices into syrup.
- Oven bake 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
