Leeks and goat cheese mini toast
Ingredients
- 1 baguette bread
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 100 g (2/3 cup) of goat cheese
- 800 ml (31/4 cups) of yogurt
- 1 egg
- 40 g (2 tablespoons) of butter
- 30 g (1/4 cup) of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper up to taste
- Slice baguette bread into slices of 1 cm thick. Set over a baking plate and lightly roast in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a casserole, lightly fry sliced leeks with butter for 6 to 8 minutes. Salt and pepper. Add crumbled goat cheese. Stir everything until the mixture homogenize. Cool down.
- Add to the preparation of yogurt and whisked egg. Spread the mixture over bread slices and sprinkle grated parmesan. Roast in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes.
