  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 250 g (1/2 pound) of yellow potatoes
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 2 L (8 cups) of chicken broth
  • Cooking cream up to your taste
  • Salt and pepper up to your taste
  • Small fried bacon strips in sufficient quantity

  • Sliced leeks and onions should be roasted without browning in butter. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, and add diced potatoes. Salt and pepper.
  • Set the soup back in the casserole, add the cream, and bring to a boil. Serve hot or cold. Spread with small bacon strips.
