  • 1 package of frozen raspberries of 600 g
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of vanilla ice yogurt
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of sugar
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of litchi liqueur
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lime juice
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Set all ingredients in a blender. Emulsify 2 minutes.
  • With a spatula, stir the preparation to ensure all the fruits are well crushed. Emulsify once again until homogenized. Serve right away.
