Quick raspberry sorbet with lychee liqueur
Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen raspberries of 600 g
- 250 ml (1 cup) of vanilla ice yogurt
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) of sugar
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of litchi liqueur
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lime juice
- Set all ingredients in a blender. Emulsify 2 minutes.
- With a spatula, stir the preparation to ensure all the fruits are well crushed. Emulsify once again until homogenized. Serve right away.
