Raspberries clafoutis
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of flour
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 6 whisked eggs
- 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
- 500 ml (2 cups) of raspberries
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix flour with sugar and salt.
- Add eggs and half the milk while whisking slowly until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Add remaining milk, then add raspberries while stirring carefully.
- Butter a pie plate or a quiche mold with a diameter of 25 cm (10 inches) and pour in the preparation.
- Oven bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool down.
