Shrimp and leek sushi
Ingredients
- 2 leek whites, cut into small chunks
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of cooking cream
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of spicy mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of tamari sauce
- 250 ml (1 cup) of arugula
- 1 pear, cut into small cubes
- 250 ml (1 cup) of northern shrimp
- 500 ml (2 cups) of cooked sushi rice
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of coconut flakes
- 2 nori leaves
- 2 pinches of salt flower
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place leeks, coconut, cream and salt in an ovenproof dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix leeks, cream, shrimp, arugula and pear.
- Set up your sushi.
- Place your mixture in the center of the rice, roll it up and gently cut.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and the tamari sauce.
- Serve and enjoy with the tamari mayonnaise!
