Healthy breakfast with cottage, yogurt and strawberries
Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) of cottage cheese
- 500 ml (2 cups) of nature flavored yogurt
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of maple syrup
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) of oat flakes
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of ground linseeds
- 500 ml (2 cups) of sliced strawberries
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of flaked almonds
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with yogurt, maple syrup, oat flakes and linseeds.
- Add half the strawberries and mix lightly.
- Divide into six dessert cups. Garnish with remaining strawberries and flaked almonds.
