Pork chops with apples and leeks
Ingredients
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of flour
- 4 pork chops
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 2 diced peeled apples
- 250 ml (1 cup) of apple juice
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, up to taste
- Preheat oven at 400°F (200˚C).
- Cover pork chops with flour. In a large pan, brown chops in olive oil for 30 seconds for each sides. Remove and set in an oven safe plate. Set aside.
- Add leeks and diced apples. Browns for 1 minute.
- Pour mixture over chops. Add apple juice to the Worcestershire auce. Salt and pepper up to your taste. Oven bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
