Raspberries bread
Ingredients
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of margarine
- 250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml (1 cup) of raspberries
- 3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of baking soda
- 500 ml (2 cups) of flour
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of baking powder
- 65 ml (1/4 cup) of milk
- Grease a plate of 8 1/2 inches of diameter and preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C).
- Mix sugar and margarine together. Add eggs one at a time.
- Crush raspberries in another plate and add to the mixture.
- Set dry ingredients together. Add milk and end with moist ingredients.
- Oven bake for an hour then cool down for 5 minutes.
