  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) of mustard, up to your choice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of butter

  • Preheat the barbecue to 350°F (180°C).

  • Mix melted butter with mustard and leeks.

  • Wash potatoes. Finely slice without slicing it all the way to keep potatoes into one piece.

  • Stuff leeks butter between each potato slice and cover individually into aluminum paper. Bake in the barbecue for 30 to 45 minutes.
