				Mashed potatoes with leeks and herbs
				
				
				
				
					
					
		
			Ingredients
				
					
						
- 6 cups of peeled and diced potatoes (about 6 potatoes)
- 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- Mix of 8 peppers
- Himalayan salt
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of butter
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of herbs mix
 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							
- In a large casserole, cook potatoes with leeks until tenders, so about 20 minutes. Drain.
- With a potato masher, crush potatoes. With an electric mixer, reduce the mixture into puree with milk, butter, mix of 8 peppers, Himalayan salt and oregano up to taste. Rectify seasoning.
