Take the leek's green leaves and slice them into halves. Afterward, dehydrate the leaves in a dryer. If you don't own a dryer, you may as well set the leaves in the oven at 200°F (95°C) until they dry.

Set dehydrated leaves in the mixer and reduce them into powder.

Mix 40% of the sea salt with about 60% of leek powder.
