Goat cheese flan with leeks compote
Ingredients
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
- 250 ml (1 cup) of cooking cream
- 150 to 200 g of Tournevent fresh goat cheese
- 5 whole large eggs
- Salt and pepper up to taste
- Mix all ingredients except leeks in a blender.
- Steam Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks for 12 to 15 minutes and then add to the mixture.
- Butter a baking mold (9 inches) and refrigerate 5 to 6 minutes. Pour mixture into the mold and oven bake for 35 minutes at 350°F (190°C).
