Ingredients
  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of cooking cream
  • 150 to 200 g of Tournevent fresh goat cheese
  • 5 whole large eggs
  • Salt and pepper up to taste
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Mix all ingredients except leeks in a blender.
  • Steam Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks for 12 to 15 minutes and then add to the mixture.
  • Butter a baking mold (9 inches) and refrigerate 5 to 6 minutes. Pour mixture into the mold and oven bake for 35 minutes at 350°F (190°C).
