Crab with leeks fondue
Ingredients
- 2 cans of snow crab flesh
- 1 1/2 package of 250 g (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- Fresh cream
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- Brown with oil Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks. Set into ramekins with a layer of sliced leeks and a layer of crab then a tablespoon of fresh cream. Grate nutmeg.
- Oven bake for 5 minutes.
