Ingredients
  • 454 g (1 lb) of chicken breast
  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 red pepper
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of curry powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of fresh cream
Preparation

  • Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Remove pepper peduncle and seeds and slice into strips.
  • In a pan, heat oil and brown meat. Add sliced pepper and leeks and cook at medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Deglaze the juices of the meat with fresh cream, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle curry powder.
  • Serve with rice vermicelli.
