Chicken thighs with potatoes and leeks
Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of canola oil
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 2 teaspoons of chopped garlics or chopped garlic cloves
- 4 cubed potatoes
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) of white wine
- 796 ml (1 can of 28 oz) of diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper up to taste
- Preheat oven at 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven safe pan, brown chicken thighs in canola oil. Add leeks, garlic and potatoes. Mix well. Add ingredients left and cook 2 minutes.
- Oven bake for 25 minutes.
