Caramelized cauliflower puree
Ingredients
- 2 large cauliflowers
- 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 3 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of milk
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven at 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, mix 2 large cauliflowers sliced into small bouquets, sliced leeks, 3 crushed garlic cloves and 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil. Salt and pepper. Set vegetables over a plate covered with parchment paper.
- Oven bake 45 to 55 minutes until well browned. In a blender, reduce vegetables into smooth puree while adding milk.
