Ingredients
  • 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter
  • 1 ripe pear, peeled and diced
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of shelled pistachios
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of dried cranberries
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 Brie cheese or any soft cheese
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a pan, sauté sliced leeks in butter for 2 minutes. Add diced pears, pistachios, cranberries, and rosemary. Cook for 1 minute while stirring often.
  • Set Brie cheese on an oven-safe plate covered with aluminum paper or on a plate made exactly for this kind of cooking. Cover with leeks garnishing. Oven bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool down for 5 minutes before serving.
Chef’s note

You may also prepare leeks garnishing beforehand. It can be refrigerated well until the next day.
