			Ingredients
				
					
						- 500 ml (2 cups) of blueberries
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water
- 250 ml (1 cup) of orange juice
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon juice
 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- In a casserole, mix all ingredients.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Cool down and freeze into a metal mold until everything is firm, which is for about an hour.
- Crush in a blender until smooth.
- Set back in the freezer and let it set.
- Remove sorbet 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
