Apples and raspberries tartlets
- In a casserole, melt butter. Add sugar to it then half the flour.
- Out of the heat, set remainings of flour. Eventually complete quantities with flour, to obtain a trustworthy and flexible shortcrust.
- Set the dough by sealing it up with your fingers into tartlets mold already covered with parchment paper.
- Cover with marmalade.
- Cover with sliced apples and spread with cinnamon and sugar.
- Oven bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Once out, set raspberries over tartlets. Let cool down. Unmold.
