Blueberries pudding
Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) of blueberries
- 250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) of all-purpose flour
- 10 ml (2 teaspoon) of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 85 ml (1/3 cup) of melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
- Milk
- Set blueberries at the bottom of a pyrex plate (about 10 inches x 10 inches). Spread sugar. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a measuring cup, set melted butter, eggs, vanilla and milk to complete the cup. Whip lightly. Add measuring cup to dry mixture with a wooden spoon then pour it all over blueberries.
- Oven bake between 350 ºF (180 °C) and 375 ºF (190 °C) for about 55 minutes.
