Asparagus rolls
Ingredients
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) of mustard
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of dill
- 12 slices of white bread
- Butter
- 12 cooked thin ham slices (optional)
- 12 cooked crispy asparagus
- Mix mustard and dill in a small bowl. Set aside.
- remove bread crust and press each slices as thin as possible with the help of a rolling pin.
- Butter mustard over one side of bread slices then spread ham over the mustard.
- Set an asparagus over the edge of each bread slices, roll and set over a baking sheet.
- Oven bake 450 °F (230 °C) for 10 minutes or until bread roast.
