Sautéed potatoes with leeks
Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 300 g (about 8 small) of potatoes with yellow flesh, unpeeled and sliced into thin rings
- 2 garlic cloves
- 30 ml (2 tablespoon) of fresh basil, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Arrange the potatoes, cover and cook for about 7 minutes or until they brown and tenderize. Turn the slices over and cook for about 5 minutes, covered or until they are tender and golden.
- Add the leek and garlic and cook for a few more minutes. Add the basil and season. Mix well and serve.
