Salmon fillet with leeks and goat cheese
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillet or whole fillet
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of Dijon's mustard
- Crumbled fresh goat cheese, up to taste
- 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, up to taste
- Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF),
- Set salmon fillets on a Pyrex plate. Brush salmon fillets with Dijon mustard and add crumbled goat cheese. Slice leeks and spray with olive oil. Salt and pepper, to taste.
- Oven bake for 15 minutes and serve with rice or salad if desired.
