Raspberries and blueberries clafoutis
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of flour
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) of sugar
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
- 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of vanilla essence
- 250 ml (1 cup) of raspberries
- 250 ml (1 cup) of blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour with sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk and vanilla.
- Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.
- Add fruits and lightly stir up.
- Butter a pie plate of 25 cm (10 inches). Pour the preparation into the plate.
- Oven bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
