Ingredients

8 bread slices

8 small eggs

1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks

4 finely sliced ham slices

500 ml (2 cups) of grated Cheddar cheese

90 ml (6 tablespoons) of melted butter

90 ml (6 tablespoons) of maple syrup

In a bowl, mix melted butter and maple syrup. Brush bread slices over each side. Set each bread slice in a muffin mould and lightly press with your thumbs to form a cup.

Divide sliced leeks and ham into each cup, break an egg over each, salt and pepper and cover with cheese.

Oven bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes, unmold and serve.
