Lobster roll
Ingredients
- 454 g of cooked lobster flesh
- 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of chopped celery
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of shallot
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of mayonnaise
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper up to taste
- 4 hot-dog breads up to your choice
- In a pan, brown leeks few minutes. Cool down leeks before adding to the mixture.
- Harhsly chop locster flesh. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and season up to taste. Set aside.
- Grill breads for 2 minutes on each side or until grilled.
